Tri H3RO Esports 4.0 Targets Gamers in Remote Areas of Indonesia

Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison’s Chief Commercial Officer, Ritesh Kumar Singh explained that the Tri H3RO Tournament has been around since 2020 and is Tri’s effort to support the esports ecosystem in the country.

The H3RO tournament has been inaugurated by the Indonesian Esports Council (PB ESI), as one of the most important tournaments on the national esports calendar, and has been attended by more than 16 thousand participants since it was first held.

“H3RO is not only a platform but also a concrete manifestation of Tri’s commitment in supporting the younger generation to dare to show their skills and compete fairly in the field of esports,” said Ritesh in a press conference regarding Tri H3RO Esports 4.0 in Jakarta on Thursday (11/05/2023) .

It’s just that Tri H3RO Esports 4.0 Tournament is used as an event for Tri to support game ecosystems in various parts of Indonesia, especially rural areas with the title Rural Competition.

The reason is because Indonesia is a large country and so far esports competitions have only targeted players in big cities. Even though it is possible that there are many players in rural areas who has a hidden talent to become a professional esports player.

Moreover, the Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison network is 100% integrated, so it can reach 46 thousand points in various parts of Indonesia.
