iwanrj.com – Jakarta – Google is increasingly ambitious to create sophisticated AI technology. After announcing the Bard AI chatbot, Google is reportedly creating an AI-powered search engine, aka AI-powered.

This project does not have a clear timetable however, according to an anonymous source the code of this project is named “Magi” and is a project to create a search engine like Google Search which is supported by various AI-based features.

Some of the features developed are chatbots that can answer software engineering questions and generate code snippets. Then a feature that allows people to search for music through chatbot conversations.

Then the Chrome feature dubbed “Searchalong”. A chatbot feature capable of scanning the web page you are reading to offer contextual information. For example, if you’re looking for places to stay on Airbnb in Japan.

You can ask a chatbot to tell you what to see and do near your planned accommodation. Finally, there are features with GIFI and Tivoli Tutor codes.

Both of these features allow users to ask Google Image Search to generate images and communicate with chatbots to learn new languages.

According to a report from The Times, the company has assigned more than 160 employees to develop this AI-powered Google Search. Furthermore, Google reportedly plans to announce Magi next month and does not rule out that it will be introduced at the I/O 2023 event.

The company then plans to offer Magi features to one million people in the United States before expanding its availability to 30 million users by the end of the year.

Responding to this issue, a Google spokesperson said that the company had been using AI technology for a long time in various products. However, the party neither confirmed nor denied that it was developing an AI-powered search engine.
