iwanrj.com – Jakarta – Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison together with the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry held the IDCamp x Kadin Challeng program: Towards Golden Indonesia 2045 with the target of participants supporting the digitalization of MSMEs.
For those who don’t know, IDCamp x Kadin is a coding training scholarship program provided by Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison in collaboration with the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) for Indonesian people.
This program itself has been running since 2019 and continues until now. Specifically, in 2023 this program will target Indonesian citizens in 3 major cities in Indonesia, namely Solo, Makassar and Medan.
During the IDCamp x Kadin 2023 Media Update event on Monday (10/04/2023), Chairperson of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Arsjad Rasjid revealed that this program was targeted to prepare participants who have digitalization skills in 2045, when Indonesia’s 100th year of independence.
“The coding training scholarship program that we are holding is a form of our efforts to prepare young people who are capable and competent in the field of digitalization when Indonesia’s independence is 100 years old, 2045 to be precise,” said Rasjid.
Apart from that, Rasjid also revealed that the IDCamp x Kadin program also has another target, namely helping MSMEs in the direction of digitalization to be ready to face industry 4.0 which is supported by the latest technologies.
“This program is also intended so that the participants are able to help MSMEs to be ready to face the industrial era 4.0 which is towards digitalization,” said Rasjid.
Specifically, the targeted MSMEs are businesses engaged in the agriculture and fisheries sector, because the majority of Indonesian people in various regions run these businesses.
On the other hand, the Indosat scholarship program with Kadin will produce at least 20 information systems by the participants to help MSMEs manage their businesses well. [FY/HBS]
