iwanrj.com – Jakarta – Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison distributed cash dividends from net profit for the 2022 fiscal year of IDR 2 trillion or IDR 2,061,627,746,488 to be precise. This amount is 43.6% of net profit or equivalent to IDR 255.7 per share to the shareholders.

Based on the official statement received on Tuesday (16/05/2023), this dividend distribution is the use of a portion of the Company’s net profit for the financial year ending December 31, 2022.

Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison’s IDR 2 trillion dividend will be paid no later than June 15, 2023, to shareholders. Meanwhile, the remaining net profit for the 2022 fiscal year of IDR 2,661,786,822,147 is allocated to retained earnings.

The company also recorded Profit for the Period attributable to the Owners of the Parent Entity which was recorded at IDR 929.1 billion, an increase of 621.6% YoY.

Indosat too has completed the integration network with technology Multi-Operator Core Network (MOCN) conducted in more than 46 thousand sites throughout Indonesia, within one year.
