Tri H3RO Esports 4.0 Held, Winners Can Compete in Romania

iwanrj.com – Jakarta – Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH), through Tri, officially held the Tri H3RO Esports 4.0 Tournament in 2023, with prizes of hundreds of millions of rupiah and the winners having the opportunity to compete in international esports competitions in Romania this year.

Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison’s Chief Commercial Officer, Ritesh Kumar Singh stated that the Tri H3RO Tournament has been around since 2020 and is Tri’s effort to support the esports ecosystem in the country.

The H3RO tournament has been inaugurated by the Indonesian Esports Council (PB ESI), as one of the most important tournaments on the national esports calendar, and has been attended by more than 16 thousand participants since it was first held.

“H3RO is not only a platform but also a concrete manifestation of Tri’s commitment in supporting the younger generation to dare to show their skills and compete fairly in the field of esports,” said Ritesh in a press conference regarding the Tri H3RO Esports 4.0 event in Jakarta on Thursday (11/05/2023 ).

Meanwhile Tri’s EVP-Head of Marketing, Carlos Eduardo Quiroga Tarradeles said that the game being contested in the H3RO Esports 4.0 event was Mobile Legends: Bang-Bang.

“Tri H3RO Esports Tournament is here to support potential players and teams to turn them into esports champions, as well as support the gaming ecosystem in Indonesia,” said Carlos.

Furthermore, H3RO Esports 4.0 consists of several series of tournaments namely H3RO x Garudaku Community Tournament, H3RO x Revival Community Tournament, H3RO x Unipin Ladies Tournament, National Qualifier Tournament, and the Grand Final of H3RO Esports 4.0.

Then there is the Rural Competition for gamers in various parts of Indonesia and the H3RO Game Exhibition which invites gamers to try interesting games originally made in Indonesia.

“This is Tri’s commitment to promote esports and games
local to the corners of the country through collaboration with the Provincial ESI and the Indonesian Game Association (AGI),” said Carlos.

The H3RO Esports 4.0 tournament period starts from April 19 2023 to June 25 2023. The winners in the Tri H3RO Esports 4.0 tournament series will get a total prize of IDR 250 million.

Not only that, the winning team is also entitled to participate in the National Team selection stage
to represent Indonesia in the 15th World Esports Championship 2023.
