iwanrj.com – Jakarta – Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) won the 2023 Asian Telecom Awards as HR Initiative of the Year. Awards are obtained for project development Robotic Process Automation (RPA), named Indosat Robotics Administration Assistant (ASTRID) to assist and handle HR operations.

Director and Chief Human Resources Officer of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Irsyad Sahroni said that through ASTRID, Indosat managed to overcome challenges in managing most of the administrative work, especially when carrying out company mergers.

Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison believes that the ASTRID RPA project, which won the 2023 Asian Telecom Awards can be replicated and can be applied in various HR processes, and other iterative and rule-based business units.
