Asus Launches ROG Strix Scar 16 and 18, Bring Fierce Specifications

iwanrj.com – Jakarta – Asus has officially launched its newest gaming laptop series, ROG Strix 16 and ROG Strix 18, which carry high-end specifications in various sectors to enhance the gaming experience.

Asus ROG Strix 16 and 18 use the latest processors from the 13th generation Intel Core i9, as well as the latest NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4000 Series graphics cards. These specifications are in accordance with what Asus previously promised.

This latest Asus gaming laptop presents various processor and GPU improvements, because improvements are presented starting from the component cooling system to the type of screen used.

This latest gaming laptop uses a special screen panel made by Asus called Nebula Display, this is also what the company promised before. This screen supports color gamut up to 100% DCI-P3, resolution up to 4K, refresh rate up to 240Hz, and is TUV Rheinland certified.

Meanwhile, for the cooling system using heatsink wider overall in the processor and GPU section, 7 heatpipes along with 3 fans, and also available dust filter.

Both of these gaming laptops use MiniLED screen panels measuring 16 and 18 inches, QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels with support for refresh rate up to 240Hz along with response time 3ms to create a smooth gaming experience and enhance user experience.

In terms of performance, this gaming device is powered by a processor up to the 13th generation Intel Core, namely the i9-13900HX which has a configuration of 24 cores. This processor is paired with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 with power up to 175W. There is also a thermal headroom feature to improve performance.

This latest Asus laptop uses a large memory configuration with DDR5 4800MHz RAM with a capacity of up to 64GB and PCIe 4.0 SSD storage measuring up to 4TB.

For the keyboard, it uses RGB lights with a size of 2.0mm on each key, there are also 5 hotkeys or macro keys, the size of the arrow keys is larger, and the touchpad which also functions as a numpad with a wider size.
