iwanrj.com – Jakarta – The Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5 duo will reportedly be released in August. These two Samsung folding cellphones have been spotted on the China 3C certification site, which reveals charging capabilities with chargers 25W.

Ahead of their launch, the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5 have passed the 3C certification platform test in China. The Galaxy Z Fold5 appears with the model number SM-9460 and the Galaxy Z Flip5 SM-9460 appears with the model number SM-7310.

Both models are registered with chargers Samsung 25W which has the model number EP-TA800. That means, Samsung is providing increased charging capabilities for the latest Z Fold model.

As is known, the Galaxy Fold series up to the Galaxy Fold4 5G offers 15W charging. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Fold2, which debuted in 2020 to Galaxy Z Flip4 5G, comes with support for 25W charging.

Unfortunately, Samsung doesn’t seem to have made any improvements in the charging department for this year’s Z Fold5 model, as it still supports 25W charging, just like the previous generation.

Meanwhile, there are no leaks on the battery capacity of the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Flip5. But it is certain, the battery capacity of the Flip model will be smaller than the Fold model. But both will offer the same 25W charging support.

At the moment, there is no word on whether the Z Fold5 will be equipped with a bigger battery. As a reminder, the Galaxy Z Fold4 released last year has a 4,400mAh dual cell battery.
