iwanrj.com – Jakarta – Lazada and DANA introduced cash on delivery (COD), using the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code or QRIS in the DANA application.

Lazada Indonesia Executive Director Ferry Kusnowo assesses that this digital payment will provide convenience for customers who choose a payment method on the spot, using the DANA application when goods are delivered to customers.

This payment option is offered specifically for customers who are delivered using the Lazada Logistics delivery service.

“Digital payments with QRIS from DANA can now be used in transactions at Lazada, especially for customers who use an on-site payment system. When the goods are delivered, customers can choose to pay at a non-cash point by scanning the QRIS through the DANA application,” said Ferry.

The courier will provide this payment option when delivering the goods to the customer. Simply scan QRIS with the DANA application and the goods can be received immediately.

“This collaboration with DANA is the first step to provide a complete choice of convenient on-site payment transactions or COD for Lazada and DANA ecosystem customers, as well as providing convenience and practicality for customers in making transactions,” continued Ferry.

Meanwhile, CEO & Co-Founder of DANA Indonesia Vince Iswara revealed that this collaboration was in line with DANA’s goal of increasing digital financial inclusion through expanding access to digital payment services for the community.
